Structurally constraints Pro-Pro dipeptide in the presence of Gold ion self assembled into multi-shaped sheet like structures. These hybrid structures worked as toxic metal ions reservoirs and platform to target bacterial membrane therefore have shown great potential to treat the bacterial infections.
